About Us

Our Story

Since our inception in 1995, our kitchen has grown substantially and is now well known throughout Sydney for its large range of first class cakes and desserts.

Due to the overwhelming demand for our products from the general public, we were proud to announce that in October 2005 our first retail store, Patisserie New York, had opened its doors for business in Caringbah in the Sutherland Shire.

As an Australian family-owned company, we are committed to using the highest quality natural ingredients and traditional mixing methods.

Patisserie New York is unique.

When you first enter our doors, you will notice the ambience influenced by New York City’s famous Patisseries and Cafe’s.  You are instantly transported to an era where service and attention to detail were the standard of the time.

You will be greeted by our friendly staff who with their intricate knowledge of the cakes can assist you in your choices. Then to finish the whole New York experience, your cake or dessert is placed in our exclusive monogrammed Patisserie New York boxes.

Our range and quality  is second to none; “to quote a regular customer” your display and product range is almost overwhelming.

With the success of Patisserie New York in Caringbah, we are in the process of opening a second store.
